👉Compensation for Hit n Run - 200,000
👉Compensation for death - 1000000
👉Fine for No Helmet - 1,000 + suspension of license for 3 months
👉Fine for No Seat Belt - 1,000
👉Fine for No Insurance - 2,000
👉Any violation by Minor will see the guardian/owner guilty n fine - 25,000 + 3 year jail & minor will be tried under juvenile justice
👉All other fines - 500
Fine for speeding - LMV 1,000 & Passenger vehicle - 2,000
👉Fine for dangerous driving - 5,000
👉Fine for vehicle without permit - 10,000
👉Fine for overloading - 20,000 + 2,000 extra tonne
👉Fine for not giving way to emergency vehicle - 10,000
👉Fine for overloading passengers - 1,000
👉Fine for overloading 2 Wheeler - 2,000
